3. Broad Policy Regarding Award of Works:
a. For works costing from Rs.1.00 lakh to Rs.10.00 lakh, sealed quotations are invited from empanelled contractors;
b. For works costing from Rs.10.00 lakh to Rs.50.00 lakh, two part bids are invited from empanelled contractors;
c. In respect of works costing more than Rs.50.00 lakh, open tenders are invited through press notification and publishing in NABARD website;
d. In respect of invitation of tenders and award of works, transparency is maintained by following all CVC guidelines.
