Protocol & Security Section (P & SS)
 

The Protocol and Security Section (P & SS) is primarily responsible for the safety, security and well being of the employees and the assets of the Bank. This section is responsible for all aspects of security in the Head Office premises having 4.50-lakh sq. ft. area and 1066 flats spread across the city in six residential colonies.

  • Provide protocol for Chairman and Managing Director and other V.V.I.P.s
  • Responsible for maintenance of Head Office premises and the six residential colonies and other assets of the Bank.
  • The section also looks after all maters pertaining to the fleet of Bank’s vehicles, hiring and deployment of vehicles.
  • They are custodians of all meeting and conference rooms in Head Office and their detailment thereof.
  • The Section is responsible for the fire management, both in Head Office and residential colonies. Maintenance of the equipments, training of the staff, etc.
  • Responsible for handling crisis, disaster situations.
  • Water Management for all the staff within Head Office and residential colonies is also one of the key responsibilities.
Besides the above macro responsibilities, the Section is called upon to look into the various administrative issues on a day-to-day basis, relating to the staff and assets of the Bank.
