Area of operation

A few service area villages of the implementing bank ,where it is possible to cover women through a few of its branches in a 3 year period.

Target group

Women belonging to weaker sections, poor, marginalised and assetless. Preference will be given to women headed households and women SHGs.

Duration

The duration will be for 3 years.

Women Development Cells of the selected banks .

Various Govt. Depts like Women and Child development , Rural Development, Agriculture & Animal Husbandry, Women Development Corporations, Lead Bank, NGOs and training institutions.
