A Post graduate in Mathematical Economics with specialisation in Econometrics, he has over 25 years of experience of working in NABARD in various areas viz., Credit Planning, District Development, Development Policy Department of Farm Sector, Microfinance and special projects like Rural Infrastructure Development as also Institutional Development of the Rural Financial Institutions. He also conducted inspection of RRBs and Cooperative Banks, as part of Supervisory function of NABARD.
