Indian industries are gradually waking up from the slumber and some of the
major industries like Tata Group, etc, are trying to reuse the waste water as
much as possible and some of the plants have 98% efficiency on water use.
There are, however, thousands of medium and small industries who leave the
waste water after primary treatment to the nearby streams/rivers thereby not
only wasting water, they are polluting the ecology and environment also.
