The produce
Farmers have been cultivating the traditional variety of rice known as Adamchini Chawal (rice) for years, mainly due to the ease of seed availability and techniques passed down from their ancestors. The L/B ratio both before and after cooking, as well as the kernel length both before and after cooking, are all lowest in this variety.
