Abeyance of circular No.157 dated 01.07.2025 on continuation of Modified Interest Subvention scheme for Short term loans (agriculture and allied activities) for the year 2025-26
Please refer to our circular No. 157/GSD-04/2025 dated 01.07.2025 circulated based on the guidelines issued by MoA & FW, GoI vide their letter No.F.No.1-4/2o2o-Credit-I dated 16th June 2o25 on the Modified Interest Subvention Scheme for short term crop loans during 2o25-26.
2. In view of the suggestions received from various stakeholders regarding operational challenges associated with these guidelines, the above circular may be kept in abeyance till further orders.
3. The revised circular will be issued in due course.
4. You may, accordingly, please advise your Regional Offices/ Zonal Offices and branches under your jurisdiction.
