Sangeetha is a mother of three children and was a member of Indira Gandhi SHG. Her
mother is a local political activist who helps a lot in social problems in the village.
Sangeetha was married off early to her own uncle and she was an active member in her
SHG. However, tragedy stuck her after the birth of her third children, when she got an
infection and never recovered from the same. Her death has been a blow to her family
because there is no woman to take care of the education of her children. Her children are
not able to be cared mostly because of the lack of money.
Bhavani was a member of Allai Magal group. She was saving regularly and was helping
her husband in a petty business. She ran the business most of time as her husband was a
alcoholic. A few years back a dog bit her and she was recovering for more than year at
her home. Due to lack of funds and proper health care she finally succumbed to wounds.
