Villagers of Gopalpura Village, Jhansi District were facing an acute shortage of drinking water. Under the Village Development Plan Scheme, NABARD conceptualized and implemented a Drinking Water scheme and laid water supply pipe of 1240 meters with nearly 40 taps. As a result, fresh and clean drinking water is available twice a day for every family in the village.
