• NABARD sanctioned an innovative Financial Literacy Programme to take financial literacy to everyone’s doorsteps
• The project covered over 300 panchayats
• Street plays, songs and dances were performed
• 100 Kisan Credit Card melas were organised

THE IMPACT

• Over 3,000 individuals now have access to formal banking system
• Opening of 20,000 savings accounts
• Formation of 700 SHGs
• Micro insurance availed by 6,900 people
• Registration of 2,950 KCC users
