an authorised capital of Rs. 100 crore. NABSanrakshan aims to carry out credit
guarantee and related activities towards sustainable and equitable agriculture
and rural development. Agriculture and allied industry being a priority for the
economy in creating new avenues for development, NABSanrakshan will provide the
necessary fillip to the growth of the sector, through access to finance.

Mission: “Be the Premier Institution for financial and technological services to
bolster lender’s confidence for ushering sustained agriculture and rural
development.”
NABSanrakshan will act as a Trustee Company to manage various credit guarantee
funds. This will enable several credit guarantee schemes to be implemented
independently under each Trust with arm’s length distance from each other as
separate entities.
The objectives of NABSanrakshan are:
- To carry out trusteeship functions in general and in particular operate the
credit guarantee funds for agriculture, allied activities, industry, service
and business including MSMEs and other Priority Sector activities.
- To act as a common Trustee Company for multiple credit guarantee funds.
- To manage State government / quasi government and other government funds
related to agriculture and agri-allied activities through ‘technology
platform sharing’.
The three Credit guarantee Schemes under the trusteeship of NABSanrakshan are:
