The Right to Information Act, 2005 - Transparency Audit
As per the provisions of Section 4(1)(b) of the RTI Act, 2005, Public Authorities are obliged to get the proactively disclosed information on its website audited every year by engaging any of the approved/GoI training institutes.
- For this purpose, NABARD has nominated National Bank Staff College, Lucknow for conducting the Transparency Audit.
