Functions and duties :
  • Formulation of Accounting Policies/ Procedures / recording accounts and maintenance of books.
  • Coordinating with Statutory Auditors for timely completion of Limited Review at quarterly intervals and Statutory Audit as at the end of the financial year.
  • Preparation of Budget for Administrative Expenditure (Revenue & Capital) - Review of expenditure vis a vis approved budget at quarterly intervals to maintain control over expenditure
  • Dealing with matters relating to Corporate Income Tax related issues, Tax Audit.
  • Transfer price mechanism & Profit Center evaluation.
