Shri Vinod Kumar Suman is an IAS Officer of the 2007 batch from Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Ancient History from Allahabad University and a Diploma in Public Administration from Lucknow University.

Shri Vinod Kumar Suman is Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare & Estate Department. Prior to this, he was Secretary Secretariat Administration, General Administration, Urban Development, and Protocol in the Government of Uttarakhand. He has served in various capacities in various departments including District Magistrate in Almora, Chamoli and Nainital Districts.
